Hello, I’m Ephrem.

I’m a lead product designer at Verizon with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end product design across mobile and web.

My strongest skill is systems thinking: not just designing and architecting, but leading the conversations and exercises that surface the most critical insights from stakeholders and product partners. Some days I’m a designer. Other days I’m a researcher or a product manager. I go where the problem needs me.

I believe it’s a privilege to be a designer. I bring positive energy to every project, no matter how complex or frustrating, and the people I’ve worked with would describe me as someone who is both easy to work with and genuinely motivated to get things right.

I’m also a full-stack designer, capable of taking a product from concept to a fully delivered app on my own when the situation calls for it.
